Are you looking for a Pet & Dog Friendly Wedding Venues in Scotland? Somewhere you can stay for 2-3 days? Here at Logie Country House we love holding dog friendly weddings! Many of our happy couples bring their pooches and so do their guests. Dog just had puppies? No problem, our record pooch count was seven Labrador puppies and their doggy mummy.
We have also a horse friendly wedding venue, with or without carts. Our friends at Strathorn Riding Stables just up the road from us have a horse (Clydesdale) drawn wedding carriage. Click the link to enquire if that takes your fancy.
We have also welcomed Llamas on the lawn and ring bearing Tortoises in the courtyard. Various beautiful birds of prey too. We have taken ferrets for a walk and avoided letting them up our trousers! We have even had amusing “conversations” with some mynah birds and a cockateel.

So our pet & dog friendly castle wedding venue has either stone floors downstairs mostly underfloor heated or solid wood in all the other rooms, so there is no problem cleaning. We have some lovely wood burning stoves in various rooms. Plonk the dog bed down here and don’t forget a bowl of water.
Our Courtyard is completely enclosed and dogs can be left to roam freely while you watch them from one of the two hot tubs. Alternatively there are miles of walks, woods, lawns, fields and even a river running across the front lawn for the dogs that like a good swim.
We do have a few pet rules. Keep off the beds and furniture. Nothing bigger than a St Bernard in the house or Courtyard. Keep under control, Tidy up afterwards. No Elephants or Tigers.
