Hudsons catering or in house wedding caterers can provide you with anything you wish too. From traditional Scottish wedding fayre, or Thai, or Indian, or Middle Eastern or a mix of everything. They are superb. They have catered for Presidents and CEOs and MPs and mere mortals too. Their food is all locally sourced where possible, or if you are a farmer, you can bring your own for them to cook. The portion sizes are fantastic too.

Hudsons are also able to cater for your entire stay if you wish. They can provide a Chef and waitresses for your Breakfast or a Sunday BBQ.
