Wedding Transport

Wether you are looking for wedding transport to or from Logie Country House we have it all. We are easily located 16 miles west of Aberdeen. The A96 runs past our gatehouse (that is derelict, but is on our to do list). Look out for all the festoon lights on wedding days. There is a bus from Aberdeen to Inverness that runs past the bottom of the drive. The nearest train station is about 5 miles away in Inverurie. Insch station is about the same distance away but is not so well served by Taxis, so stay on the train to Inverurie if you are coming down from Inverness.. The nearest airport is Aberdeen. If you want a helicopter, the nearest charter is in Perth (unless you have a pal in the RAF). You are very welcome to drive too.

If you like a more traditional form of transport we have welcomed horses (& carts), alpacas and goats. We have even had guests use their “traditional transport” as ring bearers.

At the end of your Scottish Wedding celebration you’ll need a taxi or quite often the bride and groom will arrange a coach or two there and back, dependant on guest numbers.

If you want to bring a caravan or motor home, please check with the bride and groom first. Unless its super posh, they probably won’t want it in their wedding photos. There are a couple of electric and water hookup locations too.
