RATES
Our weekly and short break, self catering rates are shown below. We can provide full servicing and daily continental breakfast for an extra £10 per adult per night (£30 minimum charge) and can provide full catering with prior notice.
Our check in and check out days and duration of stay can be flexible. Week breaks generally run from Sunday to Sunday and short breaks dates generally run from Friday to Sunday or Monday to Thursday. We have a minimum stay of 3 nights. We will only take short break bookings in peak season at the last minute. We have no upper limit, as we are frequently booked for long corporate lets. Check in time is 16.00. Check out time is 11.00 (Early check in / late check out may be available by prior arrangement)
The rate includes towels, linen, WiFi, Sky+HD, heating oil, electricity, logs, coal, bath robes, flip flops and a welcome hamper (with a couple of bottles of wine). We are happy to have dogs to stay but charge £20 to cover the cost of the extra cleaning (No charge for hairless dogs, but we may point and laugh).

The rates below include the jacuzzi, indoor heated infinity pool (opening times apply) and gym. We offer discounts for repeat bookings and long stays.
Low season £850-995 per week Short break (3 day Weekend - 4 day mid week) £510 - £682
Mid Season £995-1190 per week Short break (3 day Weekend - 4 day mid week) £597 - £816
High Season £1390-1600 per week Short break (Only available to book last minute) £834 - £1097
Peak Oh Dear £2000 for Christmas or New Year, but you can stay up to 10 days and you get a tree too.
